This bibliography records the principal sources used by the Brahms Guitar Archive. It is deliberately curated: detailed specialist references remain in the doctoral thesis, while this page identifies the material needed to evaluate the archive’s main historical, technical and musical claims.

Sources are distinguished by status and accessibility. A citation confirms that a source informed the research; it does not imply that private or copyrighted material is publicly available.
